When they came to visit, Papa Trent and Liam took daily morning walks to Hy-Vee. Papa got his coffee and newspaper while Liam had his token hard boiled egg, fresh fruit and doughnut with sprinkles.
Mimi Alice followed Duncan's requests singing, "Quack Quack!"
Liam took this picture while experimenting with the camera.
Bedtime routines are a favorite.
Easter cookies on a stick from Lucinda!
After going to the Saturday evening Easter service at Christ Community Church, we decided to have our second year of Zoo/Zesto trip on Easter Sunday morning. There were hardly any people there. The Zoo was ours!
Liam ate his entire Zesto's hamburger!
Duncan seemed to enjoy his as well.
It has been a winter full of cold and we are ready for the summer!

Goodbye to Duncan's Mullet
And here he is: the baby boy with the crazy hair. On April 10th, we set out to tame that mane...
And it is goodbye to the flip up curls.
The first snip...
The second snip...
The final product. So handsome.
What once was...
...and a Yummy Earth sucker for Little Haircut!
Meanwhile, Big Brother Liam is riding his new Lightening McQueen bike down the sidewalk with Dad for the first time!
Little Haircut joyfully watches on.
To celebrate, the family is off for an adventure to the OPPD Arboretum and the boys spend most of the time climbing on the hilltop rock garden.
"A tun-ah," says Little Haircut.
"Watch me squeeze through this small triangle tunnel," says Big Brother.
(Isn't my hair awesome.)
Three kings of the mountain.
